About Our Products

At Top It Toppers, we manufacture and supply high-quality edible toppers and edible prints for cakes, cupcakes, pastries, drinks and other bakes. Our products are made to order, and we take care to ensure every order is printed and prepared to a high standard.

Custom & Personalised Orders
Many of our products can be personalised or produced to your own design.
For personalised orders, please carefully check all names, dates, wording, colours and other details provided before placing your order. We print the artwork based on the information supplied by the customer.
Once personalised artwork has been printed, changes may not be possible.

Artwork & Images
If you provide your own artwork, logo or image, you are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to use it.
By submitting artwork to us, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or permissions to reproduce it.
We reserve the right to refuse artwork that we believe may infringe copyright, trademarks or other intellectual property rights.

Product Sizes
Please check the product description carefully before ordering, including the size, quantity and material of your chosen toppers.
Measurements are provided within the relevant product listing.
Colours may appear slightly different on screen compared with the finished printed product due to differences in monitors, screens and printing.

Orders & Payment
Orders are processed once payment has been successfully received.
Please ensure that your delivery address and order details are correct before completing your purchase.
If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has entered production.

Production & Dispatch
Most products are made to order. Production and dispatch times are stated on the relevant product listing.
During busy periods, production times may occasionally take longer. If you have a specific date that your order is required for, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm whether we can meet your deadline.

Delivery
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the selected postal or courier service.
We provide delivery options at checkout where available. Delivery times are estimates and are not always guaranteed unless a guaranteed service has specifically been purchased.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or other charges that may apply.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We take care when printing, cutting and packaging every order.
If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or there is a problem with the product, please contact us as soon as possible with:
Your order number
Details of the problem
Clear photographs of the product and packaging

We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or other suitable resolution.

Cancellations & Returns
Because many of our products are made to order, personalised or customised, we are unable to accept returns simply because you have changed your mind.

This does not affect your statutory rights. If your product is faulty, damaged or does not match what you ordered, please contact us so that we can put things right.

Wholesale & Business Orders
We supply edible toppers and edible prints to businesses, bakers, cake makers and other trade customers.
Wholesale orders may be subject to different pricing, production times and delivery arrangements. These will be confirmed at the time of ordering.

For large or regular orders, please contact us directly to discuss your requirements.

Food Safety
Our edible products are produced and handled with appropriate food hygiene and safety controls.
Product information, including ingredients and allergen information where applicable, is provided on the relevant product listing or packaging.

Please check the product information before ordering, particularly if you have specific dietary or allergen requirements.

Contact Us
If you have any questions about an order, product or our policies, please contact us before ordering wherever possible.
